A pair of Early Victorian diamond drop earrings, each earring comprising a circular diamond cluster surmount, and pear-shaped diamond cluster drop, linked by a diamond-encrusted ribbon bow, diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 3.60 carats for both earrings, all silver cutdown collet-set to a yellow gold mount and hook fitting, circa 1840, gross weight 4.4 grams. These pair of earrings are in good condition for their age with minimal signs of wear. Unmarked tested as silver and 18ct gold.
